The buyer is responsible for the disconnecting, dismantling, lifting & loading of all lots purchased that are fixed plant and or heavy items and also lots offered offsite.

 

All appropriate Health & Safety paperwork to be authorised by the vendor prior to commencement of works.

 

The buyers of the buildings and overhead cranes will be informed in due course when work can start.

 

SKIPS - Online bidding not availble for the skips. Ring to office to register for phone bidding or leave a bid if you can't make it to the auction.
